So this is how Adams uplifts the community? I know it's been only a little over 100 days since he's been in office, but I'm not hearing any coherent ideas so far. And this is the least coherent idea so far.

BDB at least was able to articulate and defend his horrifying ideas clearly...this guy seems to have a half cooked brain and does/say/act on random things at all times......
There was some bad crap in my old hood some known dominican weed dealer is selling wet weed which mean joints with PCP = old school name angel dust five dudes went nuts and had to be held down till the cops got there and yeah they wanted the wet weed the dude that sold that crap flew back to the DR the cops know who he is!!
