Seriously, the preponderance of "she's guilty" opinions out there I assumed there was a vid of her knocking the person to the ground.

A man who was out on bail after firing an unlicensed gun in a street shootout was shot and killed recently. So you can get bail if you fire a gun in an incident where someone got killed, but shoving a woman who later dies is not bail eligible.

Nope, anonymous tips and face picked off a video, unless they have other vid they haven't released. And she hid for a while, turned off her social media, and then turned herself in with a lawyer, so there's that. She pled not guilty to the charge of manslaughter.

I think her case will be that it was not an intentional shove, but an accident of some sort.

It doesn't seem to go by seriousness of the crime, but whether the person is a flight risk.
