Exactly on 9/11/01, no, there was quite a bit else going on.....

Again as posted in link above tours were available until October of last year, they were cancelled due to covid madness. There is no current word as to when or if they will be restarted.

Person doing tours is the granddaughter of Cass Gilbert, man who designed Woolworth Building.

Since tours were allowed long past 9/11/01 issue seems likely to be with random persons wandering about lobby building unescorted and unannounced whenever they please.
