How do you eat it? I stopped at the Taste NY store on I-81, and they had popcorn made with nutritional yeast. Awful tasting stuff.

I add it to dishes I make. Pastas, salads, stir fry, omelets (vegan of course), soups, baked potatoes...
I have this great recipe for vegan gravy that uses it.

Ok. It wasn't just the taste, which maybe didn't go on popcorn. It was also texture, like there was sawdust on the popcorn. If it was buried in a vegan gravy, I might not mind.

Vegan restaurant near where I live in NJ has a great mushroom based gravy for with their lentil loaf and mashed potatoes.

Me being him, I would've just quit my job and fled to Panama where I'd live like a king and say F U to NYC.

Except for the fact you would be trading NYC,s tropical weather for Panama City dreariness.

Panama City, Panama, that is; unles you meant the one in Florida. NYC has almost 800 more hours sunshine a year than PC…

Snot. I mean, with all the talk about NYC becoming a subtropical zone, it reminded me of these numbers.
Panama actually has 1743.7 annual hours of sunshine vs NYC’s 2534.5. Obviously, PC doesn’t experience the cold winters that yours does, but are you willing to trade more sun for less to live like a king or queen. It’s alright, the king and queen of Sweden live in Stockholm, and it has barely more hours of sunshine than PC does, lol.
