Drugs? We’ve always had drugs from the crack epidemic of the 1980s to meth users of today. But never have I seen the large numbers of mentally ill people as today.
Add this attack to all the reasons than middle-class New Yorkers avoid the subway system as much as possible. I'm sure that this story was also picked up by the press in Europe.
I don't know what Zeldin is doing outside of NYC, but I really wish he would be hammering Hochul and the state Democritters hard on crime in ads in NYC. He would really do some damage hitting her over the head with the bail reform law.
