How can you people even enter the discussion about rich people complaining in Greenwich Village? Are you surprised the rich liberal homeowners there get screen time? Honestly they are so rich, they can just move to one of their other expensive homes elsewhere.

Why do people always compare this to other eras. You know, the whole “defund the police” thing is all new to the city? The city always had drugs and robbers, but only recently did the place become Anti American.

Seriously think of just several years ago and to be mentioning this same stuff like Defund Police and hating ones own freedom - this stuff never existed here before.

5-10 years ago if you asked any New Yorker if it would be a good idea if NYC committed suicide, everyone would say no. Today is a different story. Many of you are cheering on your own suicide.

I don’t understand why anybody overlooks this stuff. Even worse are all of the illegal aliens in Greenwich Village. The illegals are the biggest problem we have. Have you walked around Greenwich Village or Soho lately to see the amount of illegal workers? There are more illegal workers than legal ones.

I think our homegrown crazies in the village are almost all legal Americans. I’d much rather have them peeing on the rich liberals steps and smoking drugs than to have the illegal aliens poisoning the entire middle class and robbing us blind for eternity.
