You mean the same Rosedale whose demographics changed and its median income increased with that change? There is a documentary and a WPIX segment about what I am referring to, if people aren't familiar with the neighborhood.

One of those south Queens neighborhoods that looks majestic and aesthetically pleasing as you pass it by driving on the Cross Island parkway, however a deeper dive should be warranted for anyone looking to buy a home there:

Are the exhaust gases from the planes landing next door not an issue ?
Never understood how anyone can live around Five Towns.

Between LGA and JFK, the exhaust gases cover pretty much all of Eastern Queens.
