a lot of the wooden frame house are being razed already, but in its place are 3 story attached brick row houses that are sold in a matter of days, for some odd reason.

Let's cover the whole city with high rises and get rid of the trees too! They're just taking up space after all. When the ancient water tunnels 1 & 2 break we can use bottled water to flush the toilets!
20 million population. I think that's a good number to aim for.

I never compared BB to LIC. That was someone else's comment. But I did say that Cropsey Ave will have more talent buildings and the blocks close to the train already having taler buildings now like the one on 21st Avenue by the train.

Our current population of 8.8 million people is enough for New York City. We can't handle much more with our very old infrastructure, particularly the two aging water tunnels and 100+ year old water/sewer lines.
