This issue is obviously a weighty matter. It requires ponderous consideration. Perhaps after the breakfast of the day.

No one denies that obese people get treated differently. No one cares if you're carrying an extra 20lbs. People do get care about fat slobs. That's just life.

This is only law because most of the overweight in this city are the welfare class and that's who the politicians cater too.

The politicians in this city cater to the lowest common denominator.
Why? Because it's easy to buy their votes and loyalty.

The bolded is the whole point of the law being brought to fruition

So just admit that this "society" is not designed for everyone to be treated equally and I'm good

US society is designed for everyone moreso than anywhere else. Go try to be a fat slob in the rest of the world. See how that goes.

The law was brought to fruition because obesity is a problem in the back and Hispanic community. Instead of encouraging people to lose weight ( and live longer/ more productive lives) , the politicians in this city would rather buy their vote on the cheap even if it kills their constituents sooner.

The same strategy is used over and over again by the scummy politicians. Instead of encouraging more productive behavior, the politicians make excuses and create justification for poor behavior and turn it into a victim class.

I'm solely talking about this society. Just admit that this society is not designed to treat everyone equally and we're good.

Ok, does this apply to airplane travel? Who wants to sit next to an obese person in economy class? Where’s the right of the paying customer that do not want to be squeezed.
