I don't remember this at all but it happened. Cops see and do all sorts of things. That cop is one cool cat (pun intended).

I remember this. I lived near by then. I remember thinking what if I randomly saw a tiger on the street when I was walking home from the subway.

A 5 bedroom apartment in a housing Project and owning exotic animals.

Doesn't add up but neither does money supplied by every day
taxpayers that unintentionally ends up supporting criminal behavior.

Not only a tiger but a fully grown alligator as well. How did they all fit? Where did he ... oh, better not to think too much about it. Couldn't the neighbors notice that something was up?
