The 20-year lease — signed in May of that year — requires Westfield to manage and operate the Fulton Center, the lawsuit said. And it’s not allowed to back out over crime concerns.

Hence the lawsuits. I'm sure Westfield's lawyers can get them out of that lease.

The real issue is WFH

Most business owners did not want to pay for empty office space

Westfield simply does not want to pay for commercial space

A seafood restaurant and legal dispensary would both do well in Fulton Center

Who said anything about Red Lobster? Do you even eat seafood?
As far as legal dispensary, hell, you could even put a liquor store there or a wine store, that's a good idea too

Liquor store, red lobster, and a dispensary. Should they also build some NYCHA apartments on top?

You got any bright ideas? Or are you just going to continue to spread your hate around. You must not really like yourself to exude so much negative energy. Whatever you don't like about yourself, I suggest you fix it.

Any ideas? How about about enforcing shoplifting and not letting people steal up to $1,000 virtually penalty free? Novel idea right?
