So is still free if I go uptown after getting off the queensborough?
Then is it also free if I go out of Manhattan from uptown I just take the fdr to Brooklyn bridge?
Either take Belt to Verezano to head south.
Or cross island to bridge to head north. Same if you need 80 to head west. Check Waze for traffic condition.
The carbon footpring will only be transferred to the Bronx because most people
are going to come thru the Bronx to avoid paying.
The city is aware and already setting up shop to study how noise and pollution is going to affect the community.
