Hi there, New York board. I have a very quick question that I hope someone can help with.
The background: I need to find a Brooklyn or Queens sublet for three months. April to June is possible, but May to July is ideal for my circumstances. I've had some contact with subletters who will start in April, but May is a wildcard. I'm thinking the summer vacation months will be popular for listing sublets on Craigslist, but also popular for taking sublets.
My question is essentially this: do you think it's easier to find a three month Brooklyn/Queens sublet that starts in April, or in May?
Any other pointers on the difficulty of finding sublets for specific times or durations would be welcome.
