I have a question, I went to an interview with wavecrest management. They needed more updated info (paystubs and other stuff) I've been calling and the lady said that she was sending my file to city. What does this mean? Was I approved for the apartment? Has anyone gotten this far and then the apartment is denied? What does the city do?
I'm hoping some people are still reading this thread. I just got a letter from RPII saying I have been added to the waiting list. I was surprised. I sent this application in a long time ago and figured I was too late to get anything since I didn't hear from them for months.
So now I'm curious. Can anyone who's moved in or interviewed with RPII recently give me a ball park number of your log number? My number is in the early 4000 and I assumed they won't get to it this year but I figured I'd ask.
I did search through the thread and in July, they were offering apartment to people in the 1500s.
My PEOPLE !!! LOL ! Still love you guys..just been crazy busy trying to get myself together..I have more news for you guys.
I received a letter for the Related 42nd street development..and I usually get rejected because my income is too high..now they say "..gross is not sufficient to sustain rent level". ABSURD !! Im a FT employee..never received less than 40hrs..and I work for a well known great company. I get the feeling they're trying to push people away to avoid more paperwork..but i will be calling them tomorrow !! My annual salary combined with my assets put me right in line for a 1bedroom apartment which as most of you know is my goal..so stay tuned..
Hope all is well with all of you..and I wish you guys the best of luck on your continued apartment search
