Can we put in a ductless unit, add insulation and sheetrock and a pedestrian door to an unattached 2 car
Garage to make in a home office/workspace? Wasn’t sure what is allowed in terms of zoning rules for Nassau county. Also do we need a permit, and will taxes go up as a result?
Also what would you estimate the cost of this? Many thanks
