I didn't know half moon pastries/cookies was a regional thing. Used to eat those all the time before I figured out sugar is really terrible for your health.
Umm, read the thread I posted. It is about Utica. It is literally on the same page of threads below.
In fact, I didn't even start that thread and it was specifically created by another poster that has been fascinated with the city.
Is this the one you meant where you DID mention Rome and Oneida?
"Perhaps work at one of the colleges/universities, insurance companies, potentially at the Nanotechnology Center, at one of the companies at the Griffiss Business Park in Rome, healthcare, perhaps at the Oneida Nation, Conmed, Revere in Rome, state "facilities" and perhaps companies in adjacent counties(HP Hood in Oneida, Kraft in Lowville, Remington in Ilion, etc), among other places."

So, you are going to use a post about nearby employers in the area in one post(which I’m looking for in that thread, btw) versus looking at the title which is literally saying do move to Utica? Got it. Rome is literally the other city center in that metro area. Hence, the official name being the Utica-Rome metro area.
Anyway, if you look through that thread, it is literally about things going on in the city, with some things in the surrounding area.
