He used to have a thing for me many many years ago, and he would say nasty stuff like this often. He has a very serious gf now though who he is clearly crazy about, so I don’t quite get it.
I just want to send him a simple text:
“Why would you say something like that to me on Facebook?
An outfit consisting of lace... hmmm.... Wait a minute, what was the question? lol Sorry but if he is a friend then communicate your feelings, it really is that simple. A friend would want to know they had done something to hurt your feeliings and will stop doing it. Ball busting is not unusual among men and this is not an excuse for saying something that you found hurtful but if you have been lumped in as one of the guys this could easily have been all there was to it.

You hurt my feelings.”
Then it's about sour grapes. I'd delete it and not bother with explanations.
I wanted to respond with “I don’t even know what to say to you right now”. He is the kind of person who loves getting a rise out of people, so my other option was to just ignore it. I’m just… hurt. I have known this guy for most of my life.
and it obviously works so why give him the satisfaction of knowing he ruffled your feathers....
I went on FB early this morning and said that I was wearing an outfit that consisted of lace, and that my coffee lady called me “mistress” this morning and we both laughed about it. A male friend of mine has just gotten on and said “that was just a nice word for whore”. I don’t know how to feel. I am really hurt that he would say this to me, but he put the winky face after his comment and I don’t know why he would say this or if it’s meant to be a joke or what???
