You can also become a CLS and study at the University of Texas at M.D. Anderson. Once you graduate you can work in virology at M.D. Anderson and gain a world of knowledge and experience and then use that as a stepping stone for grad school.

The TMC in Houston is a world class research and technology hub. Check it out and be amazed. I am thankful that I went to college there.

The only limitations are the ones people create and hold in their minds.

As I said before I only have a few valid worries about making this work. For starters, I have to maintain a 3.0 GPA throughout the whole year. I have to save up several thousand dollars to make the move, line up a job, find an apartment and get my truck up to snuff for an 1800 mile trip.

1800 mile trip to where?

Finding an apartment is really not difficult.

Stay for as long as you must...but eventually getting a dose of reality by living on your own is the only way to fully understand who you really are and what it is going to take to live the life you want.

It is wonderful to be on your own...yes scary at first but once you are out on your own you will wonder what took you so long

Thank you.

It's just the fact that I won't be getting any if not any support in this whole adventure, at home that is.

The more you know.

It just makes me a bit nervous that I'm going to be by myself with no financial or emotional support from home.

Sounds like a normal feeling but believe me it is a huge part of growing up. Your family will always be there even after you move out and establish yourself in life. It is a very difficult task for many but if you think living with your parents forever is the way to personal success, personal growth and independence then you are in for a rude awakening. Staying there is only creating co-dependency and making it more difficult to create your own life. BTW how old are you?

Also what you fear you attract IMO. The world can be a wonderful adventure you just have to be open and willing to take the plunge.

Again I wish you the best of luck...remember you control most your destiny in this lifetime. I would like to say you control all of your destiny in this lifetime but I know once in a blue moon some weird thing occurs that you really had no control over but that is rare. In some way you put yourself in that situation for that rare event to occur. Always take responsibility for everything that happens to you.
