I don't know, but something feels off. Probably someone, whether male or female, just pulling our chain. No one is that ignorant that they would not realize what about the OP was offensive. I mean, "Woe is me, I am the best, prettiest, and smartest in the world with everything I have ever wanted. Why don't people like me?"
Another thing to consider is that most people are very VERY superficial and flaky. Very few people will be there for you when you actually need them, even in the best of circumstances (as far as relationships go).
So, OP, maybe you are just overly sensitive and taking things out of context.
And, even if your personality is off-putting, you can maintain relationships. I'm an a**hole IRL. I have difficulty empathizing with others and I, sometimes, react emotionally to situations and say mean (but accurate) things. I've found that, for the most part, as long as you be charming and humble and show that you really want to be in that person's life, they will let you back in. Not everyone. But most people....and I'm sure you're not as bad as I am lol.
