I was really "mature" when I was 11/12 and I couldn't wait until I was 30. Everyone talked about how mature I was so I felt like I was a "grown up" too. I baby sat a ton, cleaned houses, ran errands for people....gave the money I made to my family or bought my own necessities. I swear, I felt more grown up at 11 then I do most days at almost 40

I first felt "grown up" when I became self-supporting. I was in my late teens. Over the years I done little things that made me feel more mature.

Most recently it was deciding to wash a pair of running shoes instead of blowing a silly amount of money on new. Little things.

There is an old saying that you're not an adult until your parents are dead.

However, I did feel like an adult when I assisted in planning my parents funerals.
If you feel that way in a decade, you may be a bit wacky! Maybe some think all those who like fun are being kids
