Assuming that is a (c)an in there.... you should check with an attorney that handles traffic matters.

I have a co-worker a few years back that was able to get one with some restrictions to where and when they could. It was 6-7 years ago and I am not sure the reason his was suspended (I think just plain speeding) so your case may differ.

I concur rcarillo you will need an attorney.
Depending on how many offenses and type of offenses you have on your record including other states if they will issue you driving to work capabilities.
It also depends on what type of offense you have now and been convicted or going to be convicted of and what level of judgement the judge gives you assuming you have a DWI.

If you have a prior in this state or another state they will not give you this option.
Most states DMV are on a national database currently.

Different scenarios a legal council will advise you on if the offense is something else like contributing to a minor,
lack of payment of car insurance etc.

You can get a limited priviledge license to drive back and forth to work. You will have to wait at least 30 days and take class.
