My husband and I are thinking of moving to North Carolina. We hear conflicting accounts on where the best places to live are. Do any of you have any insight to share . We have no childrens so schools arent a concern we are concerned in safe neighborhoods and good jobs. Help!
We'll need more information. Why are you considering NC as opposed to any other state? They all have some nice places to live with low crime. What are your likes and dislikes about choosing a place to call home.
One of the things that makes NC one of the best states in the nation to live is there are so many good areas; large, small, mountains, beaches, ect. It depends on what you're looking for.
Where are you coming from, what is it you don't like about it there (and what do you like?), what kind of work do you plan to do here? Is there something in particular you want in an area that you don't have where you are now?
Hi,
I currently live in the TRIANGLE (Raleigh) area.........relocated here from NYC 6 yrs ago...Love it here , offers everything...wonderful climate, mountains to the west....beautiful shore to the east....( both about 2 1/2 hrs away....& Raleigh is not overwhelming....Cosmo enough, but not crazy....
In fact Im selling Real Estate here, & the market is still strong !!
