hi i live in detroit no jobs lots of crime and i am ready to move asap

so i'd like to know if anyone can suggest cities to avoid or areas to look into

i need good schools as i have a 5year old and i have a B.S. degree in environmental health so i'm hoping to find a job when i arrive

i need a 2 bedroom rent no more than 700 a month if i am asking for too much let me know i would like to live in a diverse open minded yet family orientated area

I am also from Detroit and I would suggest the Raleigh or Charlotte areas to start.

For my tastes I would not live in any other area of North Carolina. The other towns are either too rural/country or not upscale enough for my liking.
