Congrats to Barton College..Div 2 Nat'l Champs. (Wilson: home, transfer)

In Men's basketball. Came down to attend this little college in '84 in Wilson. Small town NC blew my mind leaving the Hampton Roads area of Va. Still make my home nearby.

Barton used to be called Atlantic Christian College way back then. We had a National Champ Men's tennis team in '82 I believe.

Anyone see the game? It was won off a steal in the last second. Being called one of the best basketball games ever.

I saw the game. The last minute was incredible.

I went to Winona State my first year of college before transferring and graduating from the University of Minnesota, so when I stumbled across the game the other day I decided to watch. Incredible last minute of play, probably the best finish (even though my former school lost) I've ever seen. I'd never heard of Barton, glad to hear they were from NC.
