So I am frusterated looking for an apartment. I need at least one bedroom (wouldn't consider an efficiency), and I feel like I have looked into everything but can't find a thing! I have checked the goldmark and Imm websites along with the ndaa website. I have no clue where to look next. Anyone have any good ideas of other agencies that I could call?

I would pose the question, where in ND are you looking?

Shelter... try this site... Apartments - Bismarck, North Dakota (http://www.thecityofbismarck.com/apartment/index.html - broken link)
it lists about 20 apartment complexes...includes phone numbers. Many apartments are privately owned, so sometimes you have to drive around and look for the FOR RENT signs usually posted on a balcony of an apartment building...many put up banners.

ALSO.. try the Bisman apartment association...calling one of the members, they might be able to point you in the right direction.
Bismarck-Mandan Apartment Association
There are even links to search vacancies or contact owners/mgrs of some buildings.

I am a recent graduate from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. I lived in the Cottonwood Apartments from IMM...very nice place. I have also lived in the Kirkwood Park Apartments...across the street from the Kirkwood mall. These apartments were nice...a little older. The apartment complex did have a pool. The last apartments I lived at were the Riverside Park Road Apartments. It was a very nice, newer, two bedroom apartment. They are located across the street from Sertoma Park. Great location.
