never been there but i guess they:
work
spend time with their family/friends
play sports
go to church
camp, snowmobile
watch tv, play video games,
go out to watch movies, get coffee, go for dinner...

what do you expect them to do? Its not like they live in their own little world, where no one has a computer, and everyone lives on a farm 674 miles away

You're all over reacting. It's really obvious that this person just wanted to know what there is to do in ND while putting the "hehe" to show that they weren't trying to start an argument. It's alright though, I understand that your brains may not be unthawed from summer.

Hardly. It's an all too overused stereotype.

Since I'm moving there against my will, I would kind of like to know what exactly there IS to do there. I mean, I don't like being outside or in rural areas. I don't like the cold, I like mountains and beaches. I don't ski, hunt, fish or anything like that. I like big cities. I like warm weather and sun all year round. I'm not really sure that I won't run outside naked in the negative 60 degree weather to kill myself with instant frostbite. So...I'm kinda wondering...what's in North Dakota? I've never been there and have really never heard anything about it.

Probably an easier way to go about this for me to ask where you're moving, and what you currently like doing. Otherwise, a bunch of people can throw out answers that are of no value whatsoever to you.

Different strokes for different folks...thank gawd, otherwise we'd all be living in the same place. I've been through parts of N.D. 4 times in the past year. I think it's a very pretty State.

etjaipleure... sorry dude or dudette...I'm afraid you are doomed. Forced to be there against your will, you don't really like anything rural...you don't like cold, you like big cities, mountains and beaches... it has everything you DON'T like and nothing you DO like... yeah... you are going to be miserable...LOL
