That's not only dangerous, that is sick. But you seem to like the idea.

Not at all. Just getting a message across. I have driven all over the US and I have never seen as horrible driving as in NJ and PA. If a truck is in the fast lane there is going to be a reason. If you ride my rear you are putting everyone's life in danger.

Apparently you've never been to Maryland. Those drivers are HORRID, and they won't stay on their own side of the Potomac!

There is never a reason for a truck, or anyone, to be in the passing lane if they are going slow and not passing!!!! Sorry, but I've had it to hell with tractor trailers getting in the passing lane and then putzing along at 45 mph clogging everything up.

We share the roads and their are reasons that everyone does what they do except driving with their head of their keister.

Positive. Trucks have no need to be in the left lane. And don't get me started on the fallacy that they are the safest drivers on the road. I work near the Elizabeth, NJ seaport and know all too well most people with their heads in their "keisters" are behind the wheel of a truck !!!

Driving a truck is not like a driving a car, if you're going up a hill you can't accelerate. A truck driver will have the pedal all the way to the floor. What happens is they approach a slower moving vehicle at the bottom of the hill and to keep their speed up need to move over into the passing lane, in the meantime as they start going up the hill it will decelerate enough while they are passing that they can't overtake the vehicle or might even start going slower. While slowing down might seem like the obvious option to those that have never driven truck slowing down like that might mean the difference between traveling 50mph or 30mph up the hill.
