I don't know where you are located, but when my grandfather passed away we had a similar situation. We had Michael McKeown, of McKeown Real Estate in Stroudsburg, auction for us. We were very pleased with his professionalism. Thank You but I believe I am a bit to far from there I live in the valley, and my sister thinks an onsite sale would be best.
