I took these photos last year during the "Airport Day" organized by Wilkes-Barre/Wyoming Valley Airport. There are a LOT of images, so it might take me a while to post them all. I apologize beforehand for the less than optimal quality on many of them; all I had with me was a mediocre $200 equipment.

1 Wyoming boro, shortly after takeoff:

That's water vapor -OR- a man made cloud if you prefer. Those big round towers are cooling towers and you'll find them at a lot of different types of power plants. They recycle the water they have to use in the plant or discharge it back into the river, in either case they have to drop the temperature which is what the cooling tower does.

Love these shots! Thank you for sharing OP!

I love how different an area can look from overhead. I also enjoy seeing symmetry and lines that I wouldn't have otherwise seen from the ground.
