You mean UFOs or crop circles? Is it time to break out the aluminum-file hats?

No.
I was driving along Pinegrove late last night when my headlights
caught this old lady crossing the road in her nightgown about
40 yards ahead of me.
This was about 11:00 pm or so.
Odd but certainly not unheard of I guess.
My high beams caught her crossing the road from R to L into
this x-mas tree farm & store there called The Briar Patch.
What was startling is that she started fading from view at
a point about halfway across the road to the L shoulder.

By the time she got across she was barely visible.
I mean like transparent!
I stopped at the spot she "disappeared" and looked around.
I called out and walked around the place with a flashlight but
there was no one there.
The nearest house is set back 100 ft. from the road and there
is no way she could have got there that quick.
I was pretty stunned but not freaked.
And no, I wasn't drinking or on any dope.
I'm not interested in smart ***** comments.
Just someone that may know of anything there.

was it foggy around the area that night?? Could of been fog rolling across the road...it's been known to do that (and this time I'm serious)...if not consider yourself genuinely lucky!! I wish I could've experienced something like that...always been interested in ghosts and the paranormal...

Perhaps she is related to the infamous "Suscon Screamer" - the ghost of a young woman dressed in a wedding gown who used to appear near an old railroad trestle.

i used to live in that area in the 60's and some of the oddest and scariest supernatural events happened there---the last one caused my roommate and i tearing off into the nite abandoning our lease on the house mid lease---and coming back in the daytime much later with friends to collect our belongings

There are ghosts everywhere , I never believed until I went to Gettysburg,

My eyes were opened there .. We even have a ghost in our house , He never bothers anything or anyone , but my wife and I have caught him with the corner of our eyes a bunch of times

I wouldn't discount anything like that 100%, my wife & I have watched many TV shows about events like that and I always keep an open mind to it, though I never have committed to any ironclad beliefs that they have been proven nor disproven, even in the case of UFO's. My first reaction, if I had experienced something like that myself, would be to research the area and see if, over the years, there have been other similar reports. And, too, it seems like from what I've seen (on TV shows, etc.), it would probably re-occur in the same place or nearby, if not at the exact same spot each time, maybe on certain anniversaries, etc.
