While I'm often critical about the slant of the Scranton
Times-Tribune newspaper, I must admit that this particular "slant" that boosts the image of NEPA in general is one that I myself find to be very uplifting. Each year the Scranton newspaper releases a pithy analysis of the region's economy and future potential, and this year featured many uplifting articles, as well as some that offer a more grim view.
