Default Create your own windfarm?

Hi,

I'm kicking around the idea of buying some off the grid land in the Poconos and putting my own windfarm up for electricity. Then sell pieces of the land off for housing and sell my wind electricity to them. Anyone looked at windfarming in the Poconos? I really want to do this by a lake and build a vacation home there too.

Just dreaming,

Deorge
