It sure would be nice if there was a large gym in this area...even if it was in Port Jervis, NY...or in New Jersey, near to where the three states meet. There are a couple of small gyms around, but there is a great need for a much larger gym that opens very early in the AM. It is much needed in the winter, when many of us turn into couch potatos...not good.

There is a great gym in Port Jervis called the Tri State Gym. It is in an old building with 3 floors but the people are really nice and then across the street they have Port Java..........very friendly. I believe it opens at 5am during the week.

There's a gym in Milford too, cant remember the name, Bodies in Motion or something?

Thanks, but I've been to those. One is not very close and it's expensive and the other one is not very convenient for parking sometimes. There is extra parking in the back, but you have to go through an alley-way to get to it. Not good when it's dark out.
