Is there a gold's gym or a better gym to work out at near the McLean area? Also is there a nice little track or park that someone can do some jogging?

The Spring Hill Rec Center is one option.
For running, you can try the tracks at local schools (when we lived nearby, the Potomac School didn't lock its running track).

the Sport & Health (formerly the Sporting Club) on Greensboro Dr has an indoor track that goes around the basketball courts. i think it's about a 10th of a mile each lap.

if you live near the border with Arlington, there's a great sports park in Yorktown with a track. i'm not sure of its availability during the week due to its use by Yorktown High, but it's open for public use on the weekend.
