I was recently inquiring about some foreclosed properties in Front Royal. Someone told me that Manassas (the brunt of many jokes) is like Paris, France compared with Front Royal.

I wouldn't think another coffee shop would do well in FR. People go to the Daily Grind or fast food or gas stations.

I work with a Realtor in fast growing Harrisonburg,Va. We are currently working on a project that is five minutes away from anywhere on JMU's campus which houses over 20,000 students.
