I was recently inquiring about some foreclosed properties in Front Royal. Someone told me that Manassas (the brunt of many jokes) is like Paris, France compared with Front Royal.

I wouldn't think another coffee shop would do well in FR. People go to the Daily Grind or fast food or gas stations.

Default coffee shop beautiful Harrisonburg, Va.

I work with a Realtor in fast growing Harrisonburg,Va. We are currently working on a project that is five minutes away from anywhere on JMU's campus which houses over 20,000 students. We feel "The Shops at University Blvd." would be ideal for your coffee shop! Delivery is fall of 2008. Traffic counts are at 1,000 cars per hour at peak times. We feel like this lease space will go quickly so if you will like additional information, please feel free to contact me anytime.

Thank You,

Megan Hill

Default Coffee house

Hello,

There are 2 daily grind coffee houses in Front Royal and there is a new Starbucks with a drive thru in front Royal. Oh, actually there is a second Starbucks located at the new Target in Front Royal. Your coffee house would have to be something with entertainment involved. Another idea would be some type of better and bigger movie theatre with possibly arcades or some typ of place like a Dave & Busters. There really is not much of one here. Plus this type of place can hold for meetings or you can rent rooms out for kid and adult parties. Just a thought.

Take care,

Ruthie
