We will be relocating to the Haymarket area in June, but our home won't be ready until September. Can anyone recommend a good extended stay or maybe some short term month-to-month furnished rentals? Thanks

Well, it's been almost 5 years now, but when we first moved here we had to wait about 6 weeks for our house to be ready. We stayed at the Residence Inn in Manassas. They have studios, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom units. They did not offer any type of discount rate for long term though. Very convenient location to the I-66, Rt. 234, or rt. 29, if you need those...

There is a brand new long term hotel in Gainesville which is right next to Haymarket. It is on Joh n Marshall Hwy although it seems to be on Gallerher Rd. I have never stayed there so no clue on how it is rated. It's called Value Place.
