My husband and I are considering a move to the Winchester area. We've found a home we really like in Cottonwood Estates (off of Apple Pie Ridge Road). The Comcast web site says high speed internet is available there, the Virginia government says high speed internet there, but the realtor says there is not. By high speed, I mean at least DSL or cable. Satellite is not an option.
