Any reviews/comments on K.Hovanian Homes (Leesburg: renting, new home)

Since my family and I have finally settled in, we are now interested in taking the next step......purchasing a home. Since we are currently renting in the Leesburg area, we have decided to stay local. We would prefer new home construction, since the resales in the area are comparable, so why purchase a 10 year old home. Although we would prefer a Pulte home for the quality and warranty, the location of their single family homes in Leesburg, is not our ideal location (near landfill, isolated area).

Now we are interested in K Hovanian Homes. I do know they are currently selling lots in Raspberry Falls, unfortunately the community is having major water/sewage issues. They are also developing a new community in Leesburg, "River Point Estates". The location is great, within 5 minutes from everything local. The drawback....... we are not familiar with the builders reputation. Could you provide any information as to the quality, craftmanship, warranty, customer service, etc.

Any information is helpful, good/bad/indifferent. Purchasing a home is a big and investment, we do want to make the wrong (costly) decision.
