There will be traffic improvements. Merrilee Drive will cross Lee Highway onto Eskeridge Road which will be extended all the way down to Route 50, for example.

I think it's going to improve the whole area. I currently live in Town of Vienna, and if I weren't moving away (wah!), then I would be excited for it! It is a great, convenient location with a Metro stop, so I cannot imagine that the area won't improve with Mosaic and the other development going in (Halstead?)

I see that Artisan Confections is opening a new branch there. They're currently in Clarendon only. That's a great little shop; my wife is addicted to their chocolates.

Lots of upscale retail and dining options will be going in. Along with your basic Target, My Eye Doctor, banks, dry cleaners, etc.
