I agree with Jamie and check the Internet but by no means take your phone to Wigoclinic in Fairfax. I understand there will always be different situations w/ different customers. I took my phone and they will charge you a diagnostic fee and promise to deduct if you allow them to repair. The biggest scam-they will up the repair price and make it appear they removed the fee-don't believe. Also, they have the most ridiculous warranty policy. If the part is used, there is no warranty. Meaning, If they place a used part in your phone, you walk out the door and the part gives out, you just lost your monies. I do agree their are a couple of friendly guys over there but the one I spoke with became very irate when I challenged him about my phone giving out in less than 2 months after having it repaired there and he was very rude, loud, cocky, and argumentative over the phone. Unprofessional Customer Service as if he couldn't be wrong. I called him back about picking up my phone several times and he never returned my calls after two weeks. Very childish and immature. EVERYBODY, be very careful dealing with those individuals over there. His name escapes me but I will be back online once I retrieve it. Also, he scolded at me for writing him up on the internet....beeeee very careful.
