Help! I need a good hair salon. I hate this part of moving. It is so hard to find someone you trust. I live in loudoun, but am willing to drive a little while for a good place. I have naturally WAVY hair, so it needs to be someone good. (Not naturally curly, which would be better than wavy!)
I liked what I saw on the website for PRatPartners...anyone ever us them? Worth the money? Which location is the best? OR, if you know a better place please share!

I LOVE Maude in downtown Herndon. It's a funky boutique salon. I see Ashley, but all the stylists are great.

I go to Hairport Salon and Day Spa located in Countryside. My hairdresser is Amanda B. She is fabulous, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm not sure what you are looking for but I have wavy hair also, which is below shoulder length, and she does a great job with it. I believe the website is hairportltd.com

I'm jealous - I live in Alexandria (don't have wavy hair either) it's straight and short- but can't find a good hair dresser - I used to travel to a gal I liked, but lost track of her. Good luck.

Go to Zoe Salon at the Fair Oaks Mall and ask for Felicia. She is great and my wife is very demanding.

Default A Place To Be Salon And Spa

A Place to be Salon and Spa in Alexandria (703-535-6779) is the best place in the world. Annie can do ANY type of hair. They also do great pedicures. Nice chairs, they really take their time. I ahve been going to this salon for 10 years - and I am very picky. Check it out - you will not be disapointed.

Oasis at Dulles Towncenter is great. It took me three years to find a place I like.

I go to the PR at Partner's location in Oakton, but that would be a nasty commute coming from Loudoun. If you do want to try it out, I recommend Tyler. She's done great things with my shoulder-length thin wavy hair.
