Default Mclean - Looking for specific type of neighborhood
Hi! We are looking in to moving to McLean, but don't know a great deal about the neighborhoods there.

We would like to be in a neighborhood or city area that is a short commute to McLean (Jones Branch Drive) and has amenities within walking distance (a grocery store at a minimum). Ideally, we'd like to not be able to drive our cars on the weekend and walk to whereever we'd like to go. Does anyone know of any neighborhoods like this? Also, we have a small child, so parks nearby and other kids would be a plus, too! Thanks!

I know McLean has a nice little town with tons of Pork Restaurants in it - I noticed there were some nice Million Dollar homes within walking distance.

the heart of Mclean where groceries, banking and restaurants are located is around the intersection of old chain bridge road and old dominion. There are many housing options nearby from expensive to more expensive. What price range are you looking at?

I think he's referring to Three Pigs and Boss Hogs, both located about a block from the afore mentioned intersection.
