My wife and I are trying to determine which areas/communities in Great Falls are considered the most exclusive. For example, is being near the Route 7 border (i.e. Colvin Run) not as exclusive as living near the Great Falls Center? One realtor had told us that Georgetown Pike was considered a barrier of the "real Great Falls" versus "the Other Vienna". Essentially, any properties above Georgetown Pike towards the river was more exclusive than the ones below Georgetown Pike towards Route 7. I am not familiar with that area as we currently live in Clarendon but want more land and privacy and 1+ acres. Any help about which communities are the best there would be much appreciated.
