Hello
We are trying to find a place for a rehearsal dinner. We want to do something different than just have a sit down dinner. We have found some great sounding BBQ caterers and would like to find possibly an outdoor location with a pavilion or access to indoors in case of rain. Any suggestions? Oh - it needs to be a place that allows alcohol and we are talking about approximately 45 people.

The bride and groom are from Alexandria and the wedding is in Leesburg. So some where in between would be great.

Any suggestions appreciated - even if it's not outside! I'm trying to plan this from Michigan so I am kind of at a lost and would appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks

Sorry I don't know of a place but, the caterers might have some suggestions on places they have catered to in the past.

Maybe check into some of the country clubs? Not sure if you would have to use their caterer or not...Belmont, RiverCreek...
Good luck!

Have you tried some of the local parks? I think most jurisdictions allow alcohol (as long as no glass bottles) and they all have large and small pavilions. Price is right, too

I don't remember the name, and don't even know if it's still here but there used to be a place in Leesburg, N. on 15 that was a big park and had a small lake, volleyball, pavilions, etc. and a company at Tyson's (BBQ) catered there. Yrs. ago I organized several company picnics there, sorry I just don't recall the names. Not sure if this is a help.

What about a winery - like Tarara in Leesburg. Some of them have facilities for things like that.
