Does anyone know this part of Manassas? I've lived in Gainesville, VA for a few years and am thinking of buying a townhouse in Manassas now, more precisely on Chadds Landing Way or Somersworth which are in the Quail Hollow community. I think this community is right on the border of Manassas and Centreville... it's really just one mile from 28! Anyway, I know I should stay away from Georgetown South, Bristow Station, Irongate and Coverstone but are there other places I should stay away from in Manassas? Does anyone out there know the Quail Hollow area? I'd really appreciate some input. Thanks.

Quail Hollow is SAFE,I am an original owner and for the last four yrs. have lived here as a single woman. I have NO desire to move and would highly recommend it too anyone looking for a WELL MANAGED safe community in Prince Wiliam which is reasonably priced!

Considering the neighborhood surrounding it you could do much worse. Yorkshire for years was the armpit of Manassas. The apts next to it was absolutely the worse for years but has improved dramatically. It's not completely free of crime but you will never find a townhome community that is. It beats the other neighborhoods you mentioned hands down.
