I have a piece of property and would like to consider building several log homes on 10 acre parcels...

Does any one know if there are any log home builders/manufacturers in the Greater Fredericksburg area??

Thanks

Gonzo

There's a loghouse builder in Central Park on Rt. 3 at the I-95 interchange. One can see it will driving south on I-95. Not sure of the name though.

I think you have to go behind the Lowes to get to it... on one side or the other, I forget. It's next to the big white model.

Checked out the Central Park Log Home as well as their website... For me , I think they are great looking.... gives you that old timey feeling but still all the up-to-date conveniences.... would love to see one on a remote dirt lane, which I guess today is impossible.

Some of you Realtors, can you give me a ball park estimated selling price for say a 2000 SF, Living Area, well and septic , on 10 acres of semi wooded slightly rolling land, in the above given area.....

Primary or secondary home in the above location of Spotsy.....

I would appreciate a guesstimate on what you think it would cost bo construct [complete w/ well & Septic as well as expected sales price...

Thanks again for all the previous input guys,

Gonzo
