Dunn Loring Metro (rentals, HOA, countertops)

Does anyone know the name of the townhomes across from the Dunn Loring metro, right off of Gallows.? I am interested to know if they are rentals or townhomes to purchase. Some of them are 3 or 4 stories, some have garages, these aren't the ones that are directly across the street. I wish I knew the name of the residential area, I drove through there today but never saw a sign.

My husband and I would like to move within walking distance from the metro and are trying to find a place that would accept our dog.

I think its Metroplex.

They are condos/TH. I don't know how you would contact the HOA for rentals but when we were looking 1+ years ago, we found 2 of those for rent on Craigslist. At the time, the 2 beds were 1600/month. I found the condos small and 'tinny' (cheaper materials except on countertops/ suspected the walls were thin). I don't know about pets.

The subdivision name for the condo's off of Park Tower Drive east of Gallows and across from the Metro station is Westbriar.
