We're in the process of moving to Fredericksburg and we're having a hard time deciding between two homes. The neighborhoods are Estates of Chancellorsville and Bloomsbury. Both appear very nice, but I wasn't sure if someone more familiar might be able to give me more information on either or both of them. Thank you!

Might want to ask in the overall VA forum. (F'burg is not really in NoVA, despite the MARC train--so you probably won't get as many responses here as there.) Good luck.
