Krik mentioned it in his address. Been meeting with the other counties and gov. Maui county to follow shortly. Other counties working with the governor for an eventual statewide order.

The playbook so far, Maui usually follows what Oahu does very closely. Kauai does so eventually. The Big Island seems to be carrying on as if it isn't a bid deal - in terms of taking action.

Lots of Oahu State workers are happy in the short term - they aren't equipped to work at home

I assume this means no school until after April 30, (if at all this year)?

Yeah. At least for oahu. Our governor is such an idiot. There's a pandemic going on and his main concern is babysitting for the kids at school and lunch as his main reason for trying to keep the schools open.
