Cost per square foot to add a garage/ remodel existing garage in gainesville area (how much)

I was planning to convert my current garage into a family room and add a new garage infront of the existing one and wanted to get an idea about how much I’d be looking at. Things to consider:
The area to be converted is 440sqft
It will need a 4” build up of the existing floor to match the rest of the house.
New garage will be 500 sqarefeet
The exterior of the house is all brick.

there are too many variables to give any kind of opinion.... I would contact some reliable contractors, at least 3, and get estimates, they will have quite a few questions for you, which have everything to do with the variables I mentioned.
